Everything you need, nothing you don't

Lattia's product editor gives you a clean, single-page form for every product. Title, subtitle, rich text description, pricing, fulfillment, images, options, inventory, and categories — all on one screen, no tabs to hunt through. Create a product, set a price, upload a photo, and it's live on your storefront.

Products support rich HTML descriptions with the same editor used across the rest of the platform. Add formatted text, links, and styled content without touching code. Your product pages look polished out of the box.

Flexible product options

Need shirt sizes? Color choices? A custom text field for engraving? Pickup locations with addresses and maps? Lattia's options builder handles all of it. Add as many options as you need, each with its own type:

Dropdowns

Size, color, or any multi-choice selection. Each value can carry its own price adjustment.

Checkboxes

Add-ons and extras. "Include gift wrapping (+$5)" or "Add a program booklet."

Text inputs

Custom engraving, personalized messages, name tags — free-form text with configurable max length.

Pickup locations

Let buyers pick where to collect their order. Each location can include an address, pickup time and location title.

Every option can be marked as required or optional, and options that affect price show the delta clearly to the buyer during checkout. The options builder uses drag-and-drop reordering, so you can arrange them in whatever sequence makes sense for your product.

Up to 4 images per product

Upload up to four images per product with drag-and-drop or click-to-browse. Images are sorted by order and displayed in a gallery on the public product page. The first image becomes the thumbnail in your store's product grid. Remove and re-upload anytime — the image slots update in real time as you add or delete.

Inventory tracking

Toggle inventory tracking on a per-product basis. When enabled, set a total quantity and Lattia tracks what's sold, what's available, and flags low stock. When a product hits zero, it's automatically hidden from the storefront — no overselling, no manual takedowns.

The inventory panel shows a clear breakdown: total quantity, units sold, and units available. If you don't need inventory tracking (digital products, event tickets with unlimited capacity), just leave it off and the product stays available indefinitely.

Additional donation at checkout

This is a feature built specifically for nonprofits. Enable "Additional Donation" on any product and buyers can add a voluntary contribution on top of their purchase price directly inside the product itself. You control the label ("Add an additional donation"), and a suggested amount. It's a low-friction way to capture extra giving at the moment of highest intent — when someone is already buying.

Example: A $50 gala ticket with an additional donation option suggesting $25. The buyer sees the ticket price plus a clearly labeled donation field. Many supporters will round up or add a gift — incremental revenue you'd never capture without asking.

Fair market value and tax deductions

For products where the price exceeds fair market value — gala tickets, charity auctions, fundraiser merchandise — Lattia lets you set the fair market value directly on the product. The tax-deductible portion (price minus FMV) is calculated automatically and flows through to donor records and year-end statements. Your supporters get accurate tax documentation without you doing the math.

Fulfillment options

Each product has a fulfillment type: none (for digital products and event tickets), pickup, or shipping. Shipping products can include a flat-rate shipping fee and optionally collect a shipping address at checkout. Pickup products work with the pickup location option type so buyers choose where to collect their order.

Categories that organize your store

Group products into categories with custom icons. Categories appear as sections on your storefront, giving buyers a clean way to browse when you have more than a handful of items. Assign each product to a category with a single click in the editor — or leave it uncategorized to show in the default "All Products" section.
