Stripe Connect — your money, your account

Lattia uses Stripe Connect to process every payment. When you sign up and connect Stripe, you're linking your own Stripe account — not routing funds through Lattia. Donations and store payments go directly to your bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule. Lattia never holds your money and never has access to your funds.

The onboarding flow walks you through connecting (or creating) a Stripe account in minutes. Once connected, your organization is ready to accept payments on any donation page or store you create. If you already have a Stripe account, you can link it directly.

Your supporters' data never touches our servers

Credit card numbers, bank details, and payment credentials are handled entirely by Stripe. When a donor enters their card information, they're interacting with Stripe's checkout — not a form hosted on Lattia. This means PCI compliance is handled out of the box. There's no sensitive payment data stored on our servers, ever.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Stripe's checkout automatically supports Apple Pay on iOS and Safari, and Google Pay on Android and Chrome. Returning donors with saved cards can complete a gift with a single tap and biometric confirmation. No extra setup on your end — it works the moment your Stripe account is connected.

Transparent fee reporting

Lattia tracks every transaction detail so you always know the actual net amount your organization received. The admin dashboard shows gross amounts, fees, and net amounts — no guesswork about what landed in your bank account.

This is especially important for board reporting and financial reconciliation. When your treasurer asks "how much did we actually receive from the spring campaign?" — the answer is right there in the dashboard.

No payment processing costs for your org

Lattia covers payment processing costs — your organization isn't charged Stripe fees on top of donations or orders. The platform and all processing costs are funded entirely by a small service fee added at checkout, chosen by the donor on a sliding scale from 5% to 15%. Your organization keeps every dollar donated.
