The Lattia Assistant is an AI-powered chat widget built directly into your admin dashboard. Ask it a question — "How much did we raise last month?" or "Who are our top 5 donors?" — and it answers using your actual organization data. No reports to build, no filters to configure, no exports to dig through. Just type a question and get an answer.

The assistant has access to your donation totals, store order data, product inventory, donor counts, page views, and more. It understands time-based questions ("this month," "last quarter," "year to date"), comparison questions ("how does this month compare to last month?"), and specific lookups ("what's our best-selling product?").

Under the hood, the assistant uses Anthropic's Claude AI with your organization's data injected as context. Every question is answered based on real numbers pulled from your database at the moment you ask — not cached data, not estimates, not AI hallucinations about what your nonprofit might be doing. The assistant maintains conversation history within a session, so you can ask follow-up questions naturally.
