Every order in one place

All store orders flow into a single order management screen per store. Search by name, email, or order number. Filter by status (paid, refunded, canceled) and by fulfillment state (fulfilled, unfulfilled, or not applicable). Sort by newest, oldest, or total amount. Adjust how many orders you see per page — 25, 50, 75, or 100 at a time.

Each order row shows the order number, customer name and email, total amount, payment status, fulfillment status, and date. Click into any order for the full detail view.

Detailed order view

The order detail page gives you everything: line items with product names, quantities, unit prices, and selected options. Subtotal, shipping, additional donations, and the final total are broken down clearly. If the order included a shipping or billing address, those are displayed as well. You can see exactly what the customer ordered, what options they chose, and what they paid.

Billing and shipping addresses captured at checkout are stored and displayed on the order for easy fulfillment.

Fulfillment tracking

Orders that require fulfillment (pickup or shipping) can be marked as fulfilled with a single click. The fulfilled timestamp is recorded so you always know when an order was completed. Orders for digital products or event tickets that don't need physical fulfillment are automatically marked as not applicable.

Filter your order list by fulfillment status to quickly see what still needs to go out the door. Unfulfilled orders with shipping addresses are the ones that need your attention — and they're easy to isolate with a single filter click.

Refunds through Stripe

Process full refunds directly from the order detail page. Lattia sends the refund request to Stripe, updates the order status, and automatically emails the customer a refund confirmation receipt. The refund amount, date, and updated status are all recorded on the order so your records stay accurate without manual bookkeeping.

Refund emails are automatic. When you process a refund, the customer receives a branded email confirmation with the refund amount, original order details, and your organization's contact information.

CSV export

Export your full order history as a CSV for reporting, accounting, or board presentations. The export includes order numbers, customer details, line items, totals, payment status, fulfillment status, and timestamps — everything you'd need for a complete audit trail.
