Behind the scenes, Lattia creates secure Stripe subscriptions for each recurring donor. Payments are collected automatically on their chosen schedule, and every renewal triggers a confirmation email so donors always know when they've been charged.

Every recurring donation shows up in your dashboard with its status, next billing date, and full payment history. You can see at a glance how much predictable revenue each campaign generates and which donors are your most committed supporters. When a payment fails, Lattia automatically notifies the donor and gives them a link to update their card — keeping your recovery rate high without any manual follow-up.

Keep 100% of every donation

On Lattia's free plan, your organization receives 100% of every dollar donated — nothing is subtracted from the gift. Instead, the platform is funded by donors through a transparent service fee added on top of their donation at checkout.

Donors choose their own service fee on a sliding scale from 5% to 15%. Those who can contribute a little more help cover the cost for those who can't — keeping Lattia free for every organization that uses it. There are no hidden "tips" or vague platform charges. Just honest, transparent pricing that your supporters can see and understand.

Automatic receipts & confirmations

Every donation triggers an instant email confirmation to the donor with their gift amount, date, and your organization's details. At the end of the year, you can bulk-send year-end tax receipt emails to every donor with one click — no spreadsheets, no manual work.
