Every donor, one dashboard

Lattia automatically builds your donor database as gifts come in. Every donation and every store order is tied to the donor's email and aggregated into a single profile — no manual data entry, no imports, no duplicate records to clean up. A supporter who donates to your spring campaign and buys a t-shirt from your store shows up as one person with a complete transaction history across both.

The donor list gives you a top-level view of everyone who's ever supported your organization: total donors, lifetime value, average donor value, and repeat donor counts. Search by name or email, filter by source (donations, orders, or both), and sort by lifetime value to see your most impactful supporters at a glance.

Donor profiles that actually tell you something

Click into any donor and you'll see a full profile: stat cards for total donations, total orders, lifetime value, and tax-deductible giving. Below that, their complete contact information and every transaction they've ever made with your organization — donations and store orders together in one timeline.

Lattia is smart about identity. If a donor uses a different name or address across transactions, the system tracks every variation and lets you pin the correct one as their preferred name, phone, or address. No more guessing which "Robert" is "Bob" — you see all known identities and pick the right one with a click.

Notes and internal context

Add notes to any donor profile — track conversations, record special circumstances, or leave context for your team. Notes are visible only to your organization's admin users and are timestamped so you always know when something was added. Delete any note if it's no longer relevant.

This is the kind of institutional knowledge that usually lives in someone's head or scattered across sticky notes and email threads. Lattia gives it a permanent home attached to the person it's about.

Export everything to CSV

Need your donor data in a spreadsheet? One click generates a CSV export with every donor's email, all known name and contact variations, lifetime totals, and year-by-year breakdowns for donations, orders, and tax-deductible amounts. The export is formatted with UTF-8 encoding and opens cleanly in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool.

Year-end tax receipts in one click

When tax season comes around, you don't need to manually compile donation histories or build PDFs in Word. From the donor list, click "Year-End Statements," select a tax year, customize the message to your donors, and send. Lattia compiles each donor's giving history into a professional email directly in the system — one statement per donor, all sent in bulk.

Statements include your organization's name, tax ID, the donor's name and email, an itemized list of their deductible gifts for the year, and the total. Your donors get what they need for their taxes, and you didn't spend a weekend in Excel building it.

No donor accounts, ever

Your donors never need to create an account, set a password, or log into anything. Their profile in Lattia is built entirely from transaction data — it exists for your team's benefit, not as a hurdle for supporters. This is a deliberate choice: every extra step between a donor and a completed gift costs you money.
