Your entire operation at a glance

The Lattia dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. Three stat cards across the top give you the numbers that matter most: total revenue (donations plus store orders combined), total transactions, and total page views across all your donation pages and stores. Each card is clickable — tap it for a detailed breakdown.

Below the stats, the dashboard shows your most recent donation pages and stores with their current status (active or draft) and quick links to manage each one. It's designed to answer the question "what's happening right now?" in under five seconds.

Revenue breakdown

Click the Total Revenue card and you see a full breakdown: donation revenue, store order revenue, Stripe processing fees, net amounts, and the service fee collected. Every dollar is accounted for so you know exactly what your organization received, what Stripe took, and what funded the platform.

Quick actions

The dashboard isn't just read-only. Create a new donation page or store directly from the dashboard with one click. Jump to your most recent pages and stores without navigating through menus. The dashboard is your command center — see the data, then act on it.

Views breakdown

Click the Total Views card to see page views broken down by donation page and by store. Each page or store shows its individual view count and last visit date, so you can identify which campaigns are getting traffic and which might need more promotion.

Transaction details

The transactions breakdown shows donation count and store order count separately, along with average transaction values. This helps you understand whether your revenue is driven by many small gifts or fewer large ones — and whether your stores are contributing meaningful income alongside donations.
