Toe Beans Rescue
What problem does Toe Beans Rescue solve?
Colorado shelters are overwhelmed with surrendered and stray cats, especially kittens during spring and summer. Many healthy, adoptable cats are euthanized simply because there aren't enough resources or foster homes. Toe Beans Rescue steps in to pull the most vulnerable cats before it's too late.
Who benefits from their work?
Cats and kittens facing euthanasia in overcrowded shelters, feral colonies needing TNR support, and Colorado families looking to adopt a healthy, socialized pet. We also support low-income pet owners with emergency vet assistance to prevent surrenders.
What makes their approach unique?
Every cat in our program lives in a volunteer foster home — never a cage. We cover all medical costs including dental and specialty care that most rescues can't afford, and we match adopters based on lifestyle and personality, not just first-come-first-served.
What does a donation accomplish?
$15 covers a round of vaccines. $50 pays for a spay or neuter surgery. $150 funds a full medical workup for a senior cat. $500 can sponsor an entire litter of kittens from rescue through adoption.
Where do they serve?
We serve the Colorado Front Range from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. Adopters can meet cats at weekend events in Denver, Lakewood, and Aurora. Volunteers can foster from anywhere in the metro area.
